Overview
New church building in Montigny-Lès-Cormeilles near Paris, France. Glass art Front, 6 m x 18,5 m, without metall frame.
Goals
Self-supporting artistic glass facade.
The composition is simple in principle, becomes complex in context. Six colors (green, orange, yellow, blue, red and gray) are applied one next to the other, sometimes overlapping on both sides of the stained glass. Linit glasses allow me to use the exterior and interior skin of the building.
(One can imagine here a similarity with the creation of the world, a color to symbolize each day, the seventh day being the sum of the colors united in a composition on a surface.) LIGHT- SPACE
Process
Linit glass painted with enamels.
