Overview
"Together" We worked with Nine dot ARTS & McWhinney development to design a floral mural for the Kinston Hub, the epicenter of the new Centerra community in Loveland, CO. We created a concept showcasing native wildflowers that grow throughout the Rocky Mountains. With a view of the range in the distance, this mural will be the first thing people see when they move to the community.Goals
The goal was to create a concept that celebrated the natural habitat in Colorado. Our client wanted the mural to serve as a welcoming art piece that was also educational. Each wildflower is labeled and allows for visitors to learn about the native wildflowers in CO.
Process
We collaborated with our client, McWhinney development, to create this design. After the deposit was paid and contract was signed, we delivered an initial design proposal. Then, there were two rounds of revisions to finalize the concept. We installed the mural in six days with a scissor lift.
