Overview
A colorful geometric pattern created with yarn woven directly into an existing chain link fence against a wall. The shapes were inspired by quilt motifs and the geometry of the chain link itself. The Merrell Great Outdoors Festival was sponsored by Merrell Footwear and facilitated by Urban Artworks. This artwork was kept on display at Lagunitas Beer Garden.

Goals
The goal of this project was to contribute to a public engagement event with live art making. I wanted to create a widely accessible and cheerful design using bright color and geometric shapes.
Process
Installed by hand, on-site by weaving yarn into existing chain link fence.
